Orders are usually shipped within 72h after payment confirmation.
Shipping is done by post, and customer can choose between normal or registered shipping (except in December, during which all orders are shipped by registered shipping).
In the case of normal shipping, Science Bijoux is not responsible for lost parcels.

For orders above 100€, the postage is offered.
The estimated time for booth regular mail and registered mail refers to orders destinated to France. International orders may take a little longer to arrive. Science Bijoux is not responsible for any delays caused by postal services or others.
Shipping order will be made after receipt of the purchase value.
Payment is made via bank transfer or paypal.
In case of bank transfer, after placing your order, you should make the payment to the account specified. Please do not forget to indicate the reference of your order as subject of the transfer. In case of forgetting or inability to provide the reference with the transfer, you must send the proof of payment to Science Bijoux by e-mail (email@example.com).
If you need to amend any details (such as delivery address) of your order or cancel the order please contact us immediately at to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled or amended.
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of items that are in their original condition, within 15 days after recpetion. You should send an e-mail to Science Bijoux to inform your decision and so you can be notified of the reception of returned items.
The value of the postage will not be refunded and the value of the postage for return is payable by the customer, Science Bijoux is not responsible in case of misplacement or damage occuring in the returns process. The refund will be made within 10 working days after reception of returned items, by bank transfer. To do so, we will request a IBAN reference to the customer.
